Closeness of gridded data position values to values accepted as or being true.

Standardized values

In order to achieve well defined and comparable quality information, it is recommended to report data quality using quality measures listed in ISO 19157 annex. The accuracy of gridded data may be described using the same data quality measures as for the horizontal positional uncertainty, as specified in AbsoluteExternalPositionalAccuracy. The band values in rasters may be described using the quantitative attribute accuracy as specified in QuantitativeAttributeAccuracy.
